One of the most popular retirement planning products today is the Annuity. The problem: there can be "huge" fees charged against your account every year. Remember, a "fee" of any kind means a "loss" for you!
That's why I've created a very simple disclosure form for your advisor - or anyone else suggesting you purchase an annuity - to complete. If they're not willing to complete this form, my suggestion, go talk to someone else.
Once the advisor/agent completes this form, have them sign it. Then, hang on to it for future reference...you just might need it.
